Vodafone Corporate Online

Applying our design thinking to help Vodafone Corporate Online promote its online self-service facility, we increased customer satisfaction, minimised costs and reduced its contact centre burden.

Global Radio

Setting up a fully agile design process and running everything from research and ideation to team training and mentoring, we transformed Global Radio’s inventory management and planned radio advertising, resulting in more effective sales.

Vodafone UK & Apple

Using unparalleled understanding of both Apple’s brand and Vodafone’s business and technological capabilities, we delivered an online shop for the iPhone. It helped secure an unprecedented number of orders — exceeding targets by 75%, and establishing a model now used for all manufacturers.


Designing a process for Sky’s direct channel experience led to significantly reduced call handling times and errors, and increased customer satisfaction. We were also able to identify opportunities for improved sales thanks to our previous retail environment expertise.

The Purple Agency (Adare)

Preparing and running a two-day design thinking workshop for the 50-strong team at The Purple Agency, we helped them to establish practical new ways to create better customer experiences for their clients. It meant looking at everything from the way tasks are researched and analysed to the best way to map journeys and draw up service blueprints.
