Set up easy online ordering for delivery and customer collection.

Recent events have changed a lot, but small or large: your business can thrive. We’ve helped Merlin Entertainments set up ‘click & collect’ food ordering in several of their theme parks, and recently began working with Hermanos Tacos, a local business who offer a home delivery of prepare-at-home taco meal kits.

What does it cost?

• Fixed cost: monthly service fee from £50.

• Accept payments via Stripe 1.4% + 20p per transaction for British and European cards

• Small setup fee to help you get your menu online so you can maximise sales & up-sells.

Many businesses are unable to justify the high costs and low service they receive from the famous names in online ordering such as Just Eat and Deliveroo, in fact typical costs are 12-14% with some up to 40% lost with delivery services.

It doesn’t have to be that way. We’ve partnered with Preoday for easy and secure setup, a fixed, low monthly fee, and Stripe for your online payments.

Is it secure?

Yes. Preoday currently partner with Stripe, Paymentsense and Moneris for payments. Transactions go directly into your bank account through their payment processors, and neither With Dominic Ltd. nor Preoday hold any of your transactions. Payments are securely and easily processed through the platform.

How long will it take?

We can typically get your business online within a week, but it can sometimes take a little longer. We will always let you know how long it will take.

How do I see my orders?

We have a secure and easy order screen which you can access on an iPad (or similar), your phone, your laptop… It shows each order as a ticket ready for you to prepare at the right time. We can even set up a kitchen printer, so you can work to a ticket if you prefer.

You can tap orders off as they are prepared, and there are easy shortcuts to let customers know that their order is ready/is delayed etc.

Is it easy to use, and will I get support?

The system is accessed through your web browser. You can manage your orders, menu, offers and business details with a secure and easy to use system. You can see clear reports on sales which we can use to further help you to optimise your menu for even more sales.
